Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your purchase within 24 hours of ordering, if delivery hasn't been organised, please email store@stolenspace.com for help.

Right to Withdraw for UK and EU customers: Once delivered you have the right to withdraw your order within a 14 day cooling off period. You then have a further 14 days to return your order. Please email: store@stolenspace.com with details of your order number.

Items must be returned in their original condition to preserve the item's value. If you cause diminished value to any product by mishandling more than is necessary, improper handling or repackage the items for returning in a way that results in damage. We will calculate the resale value difference based on them being 'B grade' second hand stock, or the cost of professional repair, and restoration to restore purchased goods to a saleable condition. 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the goods remain your responsibility until they are safely received back. We will require proof that the return order was handed safely back to the carrier for return.

Cancellations by us

We reserve the right to cancel the Contract between us if:
We or our suppliers have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or such goods have been discontinued;
One or more of the goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price, or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. Or if we have specified the maximum quantity you can order of a particular item and it has been reached by yourself and/or by another person of the same household.

If we do cancel your order we will re-credit to your account original purchase method.

Returns

Goods that are magazines, periodicals, catalogues, custom made goods such as signed books, sealed items, unique artist originals are not able to be returned unless faulty.

Return of Faulty Goods
If there is a fault with your product we will offer you the choice of an exchange or a prompt repair, or if we are unable to do this a credit that can be used within 6 months. Please contact us within 14 days to store@stolenspace.com

Sale Items

Items that are discounted may be from archive, and will show slight signs of wear and tear, such as a slightly upturned edge or corner, which are able to be trimmed.
